The Process
Write what you expect
Describe what you think will happen. Rate your confidence from 1 (long shot, ~10%) to 5 (almost certain, ~90%). The probability anchors keep your ratings consistent.
Wait for the outcome
Hours, days, or weeks later β whenever the result becomes clear.
Record what happened
Rate how it actually landed: 1 (way off), 2 (mostly off), 3 (partially), 4 (mostly right), or 5 (nailed it). LetsMap compares it to your original confidence and stores the gap.
If the expectation became impossible to evaluate — project cancelled, conditions changed, or the event never happened — you can mark it as Cancelled. It's preserved in your history but excluded from your calibration rate.
See the pattern
Over time, patterns become clear β where confidence aligns with outcome, and where it doesnβt.
How the math works
The math behind it. No hidden algorithms.
delta = outcome_rating - confidence
// Overall calibration
avg_delta = sum(deltas) / count
// Calibration rate
rate = % of outcomes close to your confidence (Β±1)
// Pattern
if avg_delta β€ -0.5: "overconfident"
if avg_delta β₯ 0.5: "underconfident"
else: "calibrated"
Thatβs it. No AI. Just arithmetic on your own data.
What We Track
Expectations vs Outcomes
How often your confidence matched the outcome.
By Category
Work, money, health, personal β your accuracy may differ by topic. The data shows where.
By Confidence Level
When you rate "very likely" β how often does it occur? When you say "unlikely" β are you underselling yourself?
Over Time
Calibration percentage tracked over time. Trend signals appear at 20+ outcomes.
What We Don't Do
LetsMap does NOT:
- Predict outcomes β We don't tell you what will happen
- Give advice β We show your numbers, you decide what they mean
- Use AI β No AI. Just arithmetic on your data
- Coach or motivate β LetsMap shows the data. You decide what it means.
- Sell your data β Your expectations stay private. We make money from subscriptions
Why This Matters
You already form expectations every day β about work, money, relationships. But you probably donβt track this.
LetsMap gives you the data. After enough outcomes, the patterns emerge: which categories track closest to outcomes, where confidence runs high or low, and how the trend shifts over time.

We Don't Sell It
